Universal material moisture transmitter

A moisture transmitter built for the customer’s material

This is the one item in the Schaller catalogue with no measuring range fixed in advance - because it has no material fixed in advance. The universal transmitter is made in a version matched to the specific application: the manufacturer selects the sensor and develops the curve for the material that is to be measured continuously.

The electronics and the way it is wired are standard: a 24 VDC supply, a 4-20 mA analogue output for the water content, automatic temperature compensation and a calibration accuracy of ±2.5 % depending on the material.
