Besides the catalogue instruments, Schaller Messtechnik develops individual solutions for a specific process or plant. The manufacturer analyses the measuring task, develops the solution, produces the components needed and integrates them into the existing or planned installation, staying involved through development, commissioning and the running process.
That covers cases the standard range does not reach: an unusual material with no factory calibration curve, a measuring point inside a closed installation, a signal that has to reach a specific control system, or a sensor built to a shape the application dictates.
As the authorized Schaller distributor in Poland we take such enquiries from the first question onwards. Tell us what material is to be measured, at what moisture and temperature range, in what installation and what the reading is to be used for - documentation, process control or goods intake. On that basis we settle with the manufacturer what is feasible, what it involves and what it costs, and you get one answer rather than a correspondence.
The advice costs nothing and does not oblige you to buy. Where a catalogue instrument turns out to be enough, we will say so.
